Cancellation Policy
At Legit Services, LLC, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. To ensure a smooth process for both our clients and our team, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Notice Period: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to adjust our schedule and accommodate other clients.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the scheduled service cost. This fee helps cover the expenses incurred by our team in preparation for the appointment.
- No-Show Policy: If a client fails to be present—or fails to provide access to the premises—for a scheduled cleaning without prior notice, a no-show fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
- Rescheduling: Clients wishing to reschedule their appointment should contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred time and date based on availability.
- Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance requiring immediate cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
